The following Return Policy only applies to online purchases made through Kariella.com. All in store purchases may only be returned to one of our store locations within 15 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. No refunds on in store purchases.

Kariella wants you to be completely happy with anything you buy from us. If, for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unworn merchandise in original condition with all tags attached for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be made for the purchase amount less the shipping charges. Shipping charges are non refundable.

When returning your order, be sure to include your order number or a copy of your original invoice and indicate if you would like a refund or would prefer an exchange. When requesting an exchange, please provide the style, size and color of the new item you wish to receive.

If you do not have your invoice copy, please be sure to indicate your name, address, order number and reason for the return on a separate piece of paper.

Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your parcel. We will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item. Items marked on sale, beauty products, intimates and candles are not returnable and are Final Sale.
At this time, purchases may only be exchanged in person at our Ojai location.

All returns and exchanges must be sent by traceable mail (USPS priority, UPS, Fed EX). Kariella is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

Please note that refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process by your bank.
