What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal and Afterpay online.
Will I be charged tax?
We are required to collect local sales tax in states where Kariella has a physical presence, we are currently only located in California where sales tax applies.
How will I know that my order was accepted?
After you complete your order an e-mail confirmation will be sent. You can also check the status of your order by submitting your email address through our Order Status link.
How can I change or cancel my order?
Please call us at (805) 798-9331 immediately after placing your order to make any changes. There may be some instances where we are unable to modify your order, we apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
When will I be charged?
Your credit card will be authorized immediately upon placing your order. Should we find that the items you ordered are no longer in stock your charge transaction will be voided or refunded in the original form of payment. Please advise this may take 3-5 business days to credit back to your account. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with appropriate shipping and tax, where applicable.
All coupons and coupon codes must be used at time of purchase. Coupons must be present at time of purchase for in store purchases. We do not do retroactive discounting at this time. Coupons are limited to one per purchase per customer, unless otherwise stated. Coupons may not be combined or used in combination with discounts.
Why is my coupon code not working?
If we currently have an automatic discount running on the site, coupon codes will not be valid at checkout on already discounted items. You can still use your coupon code on regular priced merchandise. If your cart consists of discounted and regular priced merchandise the system will not let you enter a code. In this instance the items will need to be purchased as two separate transactions in order to use your coupon code on the regular priced items. If your two separate purchases total the qualifying threshold for free shipping please email us and we can waive your shipping charges and ship your items together.
Why does my coupon code still not work?
Unfortunately due to shipping costs coupon codes are not valid on certain items. Occasionally coupon codes may not be redeemed on certain brands due to their specific discount policies.
Why does my gift card not work?
If you purchased a gift card in-store it can only be redeemed in-store. The only work around we have for this right now is to place a phone order with our Ojai location for the items you want off the website. Please call 805-798-9331. Gift cards purchased online can only be redeemed online.
Can my order be shipped internationally?
At this time we are not entirely set up to ship internationally, please inquire by email if you would like to ship internationally and we will try to accommodate you.
How will I know if my order shipped?
You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. Information about any backordered or cancelled items will be included in a separate email.
How are your items sized?
Most of our clothing lines run XS-L. Our sizing tends to be more on a junior sizing scale with a XS = Size 0, S = Size 2-4, M = Size 6, L = Size 8-10. We do our best to notate any irregular sizing on each individual style on the product details page. Can I shop at your physical store?
Yes! We are located in Downtown Ojai, CA at 214 E. Ojai Ave. Ojai, CA 93023 and in Downtown Ventura, California at 451 E Main St, Suite 9 in the El Jardin Courtyard.
Do you offer in store pickup?
No, at this time we do not offer store pickup.
