The Sweater Everyone's Talking About
After relishing the fame of our favorite So Magic Sweater and its sequel So Magic Sweater II in our physical stores, Kariella is happy to announce the successful launch of both styles on our online store!

The debut of the So Magic Sweater and the So Magic Sweater II on Kariella.com came from a desire to spread the love to all you lovelies looking to buy online. We simply felt that this sweater was too, well...magical...to keep to ourselves.
But what is the So Magic Sweater? What's the So Magic Sweater II? Is there a difference? Why all the hype? Well just hang on a sec. All of your questions are about to be answered.
Because we wanted to know just what it is that makes this sweater 'magic,' we decided to ask our very own employees here at Kariella. We had them share their first impressions, their last impressions, what they paired the sweater with, who they felt could benefit from having such a sweater, and which of the two, the So Magic Sweater or the So Magic Sweater II, they prefer.

The So Magic Sweater and the So Magic Sweater II come in two sizes: Small/Medium and Medium/Large. Our oh-so-lovely and talented Valerie from our Ojai store purchased hers in a size Small/Medium. Here's her take on the sweater:
So Magic Sweater or So Magic Sweater II?
So Magic Sweater is my favorite because it has a little more weight to it.
What do you wear it with?
I wear the cream with a pair of high-waisted black skinny jeans and some fun boots and hoops.
What does it feel like?
My DREAM sweater. Cozy, a tiny bit oversized but still has a great shape.
Who do you think needs it?
My mom!! She would love the fabric and simplicity of the sweater but would probably add a cute necklace to it. Definitely on my Christmas list for her!

The So Magic Sweater
A staple piece in every woman's wardrobe, this best selling sweater looks great on every body type. It's ultra soft ribbed material and fabulous fit has us feeling the magic.

Yours Truly here! Indeed, I wear this bad boy every time I travel. Especially on those long 10-hour flights, I want to be warm and comfortable, but I also want to look presentable when I'm going through the airport and when I arrive at my destination. This sweater checks every box.
I wear a Small/Medium ordinarily, however I'll occasionally switch to the Medium/Large and let the neckline dip off the shoulder for a fancy tunic look. A little hint: the cream sweater looks very glamorous this way.
So Magic Sweater or So Magic Sweater II?
The So Magic Sweater in Black for when I'm lounging and traveling; the So Magic Sweater II in cream for when I want to add texture to an all-black outfit.
What do you wear it with?
I usually layer it over a velvet skater dress or a bodycon dress and put on leggings or tights underneath. I'll add a heeled peep-toe sock boot and light jewelry such as earrings, rings, and/or a bracelet.
What does it feel like?
It feels just like cashmere. It like the fact that it's not though because I can just throw it in the washing machine when I spill coffee on it.
Who do you think needs it?
One of my good friends. She has a classic all-basics style and I think the So Magic Sweater II would fit in perfectly with it. She's very petite as well, which is why I think the So Magic Sweater II would be best. It's a bit thinner, not as much fabric as the So Magic Sweater.

What's the difference between the So Magic Sweater and the So Magic Sweater II, you ask?
We've already established the fact that they're both magical, in case their names didn't quite cover it. But let's take a closer look at the So Magic Sweater II and how it compares to the first.
Just like our original So Magic Sweater, the So Magic Sweater II is the perfect addition to every wardrobe. It features a larger striped design in that ultra soft material you know and love, but with a slightly lighter weight to it, making it the perfect choice for your cool-weather outfits.
This sweater also features a wide boat neck top and 3/4 length dolman sleeves. The curvature of the hemline is identical to the So Magic Sweater and hits at the natural hip. Wear this on its own with a pair of jeans or slacks, or tucked into a pencil skirt or paper bag pants.

What do you wear it with?
I pair my sweater with a pair of jeans (any jean wash will do!) and if I am heading out to dinner I will tuck it in to a pencil or denim skirt with ankle boots.
What does it feel like?
The fabric for this sweater is unreal. The best way to compare it is to the softest blanket I own, I feel the most comfortable wearing this sweater!
Who do you think needs it?
Any person in your life needs this sweater. I bought one for my mom as a Christmas gift last year and she wears her sweater all the time! It is a flattering cut that works best on everyone and any age group can wear this sweater.

I prefer the So Magic Sweater II because of its lightweight material!

I love styling this sweater with a pair of flare jeans. It looks especially cute when you do a little French tuck in the front!
What does it feel like?
Like MAGIC! This sweater is so comfy and cozy, it almost feels like a soft cashmere blend.
Who do you think needs it?
All of my family members! My mom, sister, grandma, anyone can wear this sweater!
