HOW TO APPLY
For best results, we recommend applying tattoos to clean dry skin. Apply oil-free makeup after the tattoos have had some time to set into the skin. If needed, use a cotton swab to gently remove any makeup on the tattoos

If, for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return eligible unworn merchandise in original condition with all tags attached for a refund within 21 days of purchase.
